"I love helping people be their best."

I take a holistic approach, considering every aspect of my client's life in order to help them make the changes they are seeking. I listen deeply without judgement and with respect. I consider myself an active listener. Our time together will include feedback when appropriate. I like to draw analogies and to make connections that create change.
